What does 'one generation' include?
One generation produces a complete project ZIP: backend (your chosen stack), Next.js 14 frontend, Expo mobile app, auth (httpOnly cookies, forgot-password, verify-email flows), Stripe/Paystack/Flutterwave billing wired end-to-end, and a populated compliance pack (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 control matrices mapped to your entity model). Not a scaffold — a shippable app.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is the same plan at roughly 30% less per month. Builder is $149/mo monthly or ~$104/mo on annual. Professional is $599/mo monthly or ~$419/mo on annual. You can switch to annual any time from Settings → Billing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access to everything you generated. No cancellation fee.
What is the refund policy?
Subscriptions: a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first paid billing cycle. Marketplace purchases are backed by a quality SLA — if your generated ZIP scores below 80/100 on our quality gate, you get a full refund, available for 30 days from purchase. Email accounts@archiet.com with your job ID. See the full Refund Policy for technical-failure, duplicate-charge, and outage terms.
Do I own the code Archiet generates?
Yes. You receive the source code with no watermarks, no runtime dependency on Archiet, and no usage royalties. The generated code is yours to modify, deploy, and sell.
What counts as a 'project'?
Each blueprint (PRD → generated ZIP) is one project. You can regenerate a blueprint as many times as you want within your plan — regenerations don't count against your project limit. Only new blueprints count.
Can multiple developers use one account?
Professional allows up to 5 team members, Team allows 25, Agency/Enterprise is unlimited. All seats can generate, iterate, and download blueprints. Billing is per workspace, not per seat.
Is there an enterprise or on-premise option?
Yes. Enterprise includes dedicated infrastructure, private deployment, custom compliance framework mapping, and a dedicated solution architect. Contact sales@archiet.com.
