These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Archiet platform, operated by REQARCHITECT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Archiet is an AI-powered software architecture platform that generates enterprise architecture blueprints, compliance reports (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, DORA, NIS2), and production-ready source code from natural language descriptions. The platform supports multiple technology stacks including Flask, Next.js, NestJS, Django, Laravel, Rails, .NET, Go, Java, and mobile (React Native/Expo).
The service operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for AI capabilities. You provide your own LLM API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, or via OpenRouter) to power AI generation features.
To use Archiet, you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@archiet.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each account is associated with a workspace. You may invite team members to your workspace subject to the user limits of your subscription plan.
Archiet offers the following paid plans: Builder, Professional, Team, Agency, and Enterprise. All paid plans include a free plan. No payment information is required during the trial period.
After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (Paddle). You can cancel at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your account email. Existing annual subscribers are locked in at their current rate until renewal.
See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Archiet, including system descriptions, uploaded documents, and PRD files. You also own all code generated by the platform for your account.
You grant REQARCHITECT LTD a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating blueprints, compliance reports, and code). We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other customers.
All source code generated by Archiet is owned by you. You receive a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit any code generated through the platform. This includes code from subscription plans and marketplace purchases.
REQARCHITECT LTD retains ownership of the templates, rendering engines, and design systems used to generate code. These are licensed to you as part of your subscription, not assigned.
Architecture documents, compliance reports, and code generated by Archiet are provided as-is. They are tools to assist your work — not certifications, warranties, or guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose.
Compliance reports are self-assessment tools. SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and other compliance reports generated by Archiet do not constitute formal certification or audit. You should engage a qualified auditor for formal compliance certification. REQARCHITECT LTD is not liable for compliance failures based on generated reports.
Generated code should be reviewed before deployment to production. While we score code quality across four dimensions (build integrity, security posture, production readiness, PRD fidelity), automated quality scoring does not replace human code review for your specific use case.
You are solely responsible for the security and cost of your LLM API keys. Archiet stores your keys encrypted at rest using Fernet encryption. We do not log, share, or use your API keys for any purpose other than making API calls on your behalf within the platform.
REQARCHITECT LTD is not responsible for charges incurred on your LLM provider accounts. You should set appropriate spending limits with your LLM provider.
The Archiet platform, including its architecture inference engine, quality scoring system, template library, design system, and all associated trademarks, are the intellectual property of REQARCHITECT LTD. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REQARCHITECT LTD's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
REQARCHITECT LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (LLM providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure).
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page or by emailing accounts@archiet.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with written notice to your account email.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow data export, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
